Lavish Suites at Neptune II
Suite living near Fort York with a pool
Su questo hotel
Lavish Suites at Neptune II sits eight minutes' walk from Fort York National Historic Site and a minute from Fleet Street at Bastion Street, close to Parisco Cafe for breakfast nearby. Its suite format includes a pool and kitchen facilities in some rooms, a fuller set of amenities than many other budget-adjacent stays in this stretch of downtown Toronto. A very small number of guest reviews all sit at the top of the rating scale, promising for a newer property, though a limited review count means it is worth confirming specifics directly before booking a longer stay. None of that replaces a day spent at Therme Toronto, but it does make the hours around it easier to plan for a family with kids in tow.

Il nostro parere
This suits a family that wants suite-style space, a pool and an in-room kitchen without paying five-star rates, particularly one planning a Fort York visit alongside days spent at the water park. Compared with pricier options nearby, it asks for less and mostly delivers what it promises. A family should not expect five-star service here, but should expect the basics to work reliably.
- ✓Confirm kitchen availability for your specific room, since it varies unit to unit at this property.
- ✓Use the on-site pool for a quieter swim option on evenings after Therme Toronto.
- ✓Pair a Fort York visit with breakfast at Parisco Cafe on a non-park morning.
