Het past bij een gezin dat een overdekte speelruimte als echt plan B wil, samen met goede verbindingen naar het station en de oude stad. Het is duidelijk duurder dan de eenvoudigere aparthotels in de buurt, dus gezinnen met een krap budget en zonder concrete behoefte aan een overdekte speelruimte zijn elders op deze site vaak beter af.
