Ik raad het Colon Rambla aan voor gezinnen die een eigen buitenzwembad willen als rustiger alternatief voor het Parque Marítimo, met tuinen en een terras midden in Santa Cruz. De kamers aan de Ramblas zijn alleen al om het uitzicht de moeite waard. De zalen passen goed bij een grote familiegroep met meerdere generaties die een gezamenlijke ruimte nodig heeft.

Waarom gasten er dol op zijnHet Hotel Colon Rambla is een viersterrenhotel aan de Ramblas van Santa Cruz, met buitenzwembad, tuinen en een glazen terras, en een score van 8,6 uit ruim 2.300 beoordelingen. Het ligt naast het Parque García Sanabria, zo'n tien minuten van de haven en niet ver van de zeewaterbaden van het Parque Marítimo César Manrique. Het eigen zwembad is een tweede plek om te zwemmen zonder het hotel uit te gaan. Ik zou een kamer met uitzicht op de Ramblas vragen.
