For a Rulantica trip, though, I would be clear-eyed: as an outside hotel it does not get the Europa-Park hotels' shuttle to the water world or their early entry, so you either drive and use the paid visitor car park or take the Europa-Park & Rulantica bus. I would book it for a family splitting days between Europa-Park, an easy walk away, and one Rulantica day, rather than for a stay built around the water park alone.
