Why guests love itAfter staying at a much bigger all-inclusive resort the year before, we booked Hotel Gala Placidia hoping for less noise, and that is exactly what we got. The buffet never felt like a queue, which mattered with two tired kids after a day at Aqualandia. It is not fancy, and I would not call it a resort, but the rooms were clean and the all-inclusive plan meant we never had to think about where dinner was coming from.
