Courtyard by Marriott World Trade Centre, Dubai
A No-Fuss World Trade Centre Base Between Park Days
About this hotel
Families basing themselves here for a slides-packed break will find the Courtyard by Marriott World Trade Centre a practical choice, though Wild Wadi Water Park requires a short taxi ride. The hotel's outdoor swimming pool offers a refreshing escape from the Dubai heat, perfect for a quick dip after a day out. While there are no dedicated splash zones or slides on-site, the pool provides a pleasant spot for younger children to play under supervision, and teens can unwind after exploring the city. The hotel's central location means easy access to other family-friendly attractions, making it a convenient hub for a varied holiday. After a day of adventure, the air-conditioned rooms provide a comfortable retreat for everyone.

Our take
This hotel suits families seeking a comfortable city base with an outdoor pool, who plan to visit Wild Wadi Water Park and other Dubai attractions independently. It's ideal for those who appreciate modern amenities and a central location for exploring. However, families prioritising an integrated water park experience with on-site slides and direct access should consider properties closer to Wild Wadi or with their own extensive aquatic facilities, as this hotel requires travel to reach the main water park.
- ✓Plan your Wild Wadi Water Park visits in advance, as transport will be needed from the hotel. Consider booking tickets online to save time.
- ✓Utilise the hotel's outdoor swimming pool for a refreshing break, especially during the warmer months, as it's a great way to cool down.
- ✓Book your stay well ahead of peak travel seasons in Dubai to secure better rates and availability, particularly during school holidays.

Why guests love itNothing about Courtyard World Trade Centre chases the water park crowd, which is exactly why it suited a trip built around being out most of the day. Private bathrooms in every room avoided our usual morning scramble with three kids, and the outdoor pool did exactly what we needed after a day of slides, nothing more. It sits roughly between Wild Wadi and the rest of Dubai we wanted to see, a practical middle point rather than a destination in itself.
