Our take
This hotel suits families who prioritize a central Dubai location and plan to visit Wild Wadi Water Park as part of a broader city trip. Its outdoor pool and comfortable rooms offer a good base for relaxation between excursions. However, families seeking direct water park access or extensive on-site water features should consider other options. This is a city hotel first, with water park visits requiring separate travel and tickets.
- ✓Book your Wild Wadi Water Park tickets in advance and plan your transport to and from the park, as it's not directly adjacent to the hotel.
- ✓Consider booking rooms with pool views for a pleasant outlook, especially if you plan to spend time relaxing at the hotel's outdoor pool.
- ✓Plan your city excursions around your water park day to maximize efficiency, as the hotel is well-located for various Dubai attractions.

Why guests love itOur teenager was too sunburnt after day one at Wild Wadi to want another pool, so the sun terrace at Hotel Boulevard became our default spot instead, quieter than the outdoor pool below. The balcony rooms gave everyone a bit of outdoor space without leaving the hotel. Downtown traffic added time to the Wild Wadi run, closer to twenty minutes than fifteen, but Dubai Mall's fountains were an easy fallback on our one non-park evening.
