Why guests love itDowntown Dubai put us close to the Dubai Mall fountain shows, which mattered on the one evening the kids were too sunburnt from Wild Wadi to do much else. The kids' club at Mandarin Oriental gave us a proper two hours to ourselves by the rooftop pool, sea views included, and the family suite had enough separation that bedtime for the kids didn't mean bedtime for us. The drive to Wild Wadi ran fifteen to twenty minutes, predictable after the first morning.
